 3. Design Deposit & Sketching: A $300 non-refundable design deposit officially starts the process. Our designer will create initial sketches for your review. This deposit applies towards your final piece.
 4. Refining & Approving Your Design: You select your favorite sketch. We'll refine it based on your feedback and create a digital render (realistic image) for your final approval.
5. Final Quote & Production: With the design approved, you'll receive a detailed final quote. A deposit (typically 50% of the remaining balance) formally begins the crafting of your piece.
6. Crafting Your Masterpiece: Our skilled artisans meticulously create your custom lapel pin/brooch using the agreed-upon materials.
 7. Completion & Delivery: Once your piece is complete, we'll notify you. After the final payment, your unique, custom-made jewelry is ready for delivery or pickup!
